Arrow Custom field entries left over from 2.3.5 -> v3 - 13-03-2007, 06:49 AM

We are having a problem with custom fields in v3.

In v2 we had one custom field called WEBSITE NAME: When we used IMPEX to inport v2 data to v3 that data also imported. Now, when a user submits a ticket the custom field appears randomly on v3 ticket submissions as NOTES yet the customer never filled in WEBSITE NAME because it doesnt exist in our v3 configuration. Also, the custom field now called NOTE includes random website name filled in for previous tickets under v2 and they have nothing to do with the domain the ticket is being submitted under.

What should we do? How do we purge, remove and delete these custom field entries imported from v2? At this time, we have no custom fields defined in v3 but its very annoying to see these entries appearing in ticket submitted by users.

Should we go back to v2, remove the field WEBSITE NAME then re import the data using IMPEX or is there an easier way to remove this data by running some type of query on the v3 db?
