I wasn't sure if i should log this as a bug, but if you add a custom field using the "Password" option, when you submit the ticket the contents are hidden, but if you go into the ticket list and view the ticket details the contents are shown ![]() eg: █ Shared Linux Hosting, Virtual Servers, Dedicated Servers, Domain Registration █ MSN: carl.silver[AT]leapfrogavit[DOT]com |

Hi Carl, This is technically working as designed - what use is entering the information if it cannot be seen again, or are you suggesting only staff users should be able to see the field contents? -------------------------------------------------------------------
