Custom Field Reporting

Hi - I'm a bit of a Kayako n00b. I'm trying to design an Access Reporting front-end, and I'm having real trouble trying to decipher the structure of the database.

I get the structure of the various tables that relate to tickets, but what I'm having trouble with is the way that the custom fieldgroups, fields, options and values are related to individual tickets.

I've written a query to pull out information about tickets (creation times, resolution times, assigned to etc.) - but my join condition is creating records with individual ticketmaskids joined to all the variations of the custom field options.

Is there any documentation that I can look through on or offline?

I'd also like to know the relationships between the custom fields table and the ticket table, any ideas?

swcustomfieldvalues.typeid = swtickets.ticketid
