Post Custom Fields and Mail Sending - 03-10-2006, 05:55 PM

Hello,

I would like to indicate the custom fields from my ticket in the Sending mail fonction.
In the content text area, i would like to have the custom fields value by default.
Is it possible to do that ? Even if i have to modify source code.

Best regards.

Hi and thx for replying as quickly.

I'm sorry if my english is not very good but i'm french

OK so, i created specific ticket with custom required fields.
When someone create a new ticket, in the Staff CP i'm able to see the custom fields information in the general tab.
But when i want to forward or to reply to this ticket, the custom fields (that are obviously very important) don't appear in the mail content.

According to me, the easiest solution will be to automaticaly report custom fields in the mail content and in that case, staff could just send the mail or complete mail ( add information after custom fields for example ) and send it.

Is it more clear ?

Best regards
