Custom page

Anyone know how to add a custom module to supportsuite? I wish to add a server status page and flash tutorials but it almost seems impossible to integrate it within supportsuite.

If someone has done it, please reply here and share with us

Just a simple html page but integrated into the support center.

Whjile searching the forums, I ask myself the same... it it possibe to add a page that you can display in the page-section of kayako ?

You will need to add a module to add such a page. I have seen people copy/pasting (ripping) the HTML code of a Kayako page and adding their content in the place where they wish it to appear. Somehow we never found that method working for us as we think it can be a pain to support such changes in future releases.
