All, I have been all over the forums looking for the answer to this problem and can not find it. I also looked through the user/admin manual and could not find any information on how to use a custom phrase. I just recently upgraded to v.80 Stable from v.32 Stable I waited until the v.80 stable came out. My upgrade went well but I am still having a problem that looks to be fixed in the latest stable release v.80. I have created a custom phrase and trying to use it inside of any of my default templates. Here is what I have done so far: 1- Logged into the admin CP and added a new phrase, code: howtologin with a value of "Use the following credentials to login to the system after clicking the link above: " 2- Then went into the default template under Templates -> Manage Templates -> tickets -> email_staffreply and added the following line: <{$language[howtologin]}> Saved and reloaded 3- I then logged out and cleared all files in the /cache directory 4- Re-opened the http://mydomain.com/support/staff area and replied to a test ticket I created. All that shows up is a blank space where the phrase needs to be. I have cleared the /cache folder numerous times, logged out of the system, cleared out cookies/temp files in Internet explorer, and even restarted my PC. I have been unsuccessful in using the custom phrase I created anywhere. I have checked under the admin CP -> Diagnostics -> Cache Info -> en-us:default and the custom phrase code howtologin appears with the correct value. Right now I am stuck and don’t know what else to try. Any help would be greatly appreciated! If anyone needs more information on what I have done please let me know. Thanks, Chris |

Hi, This had been fixed leading up to 3.00.80 stable, however I have just tested it and it does appear to be broken again. It's been added to the list of things that need correcting. UK cPanel/WHM hosting accounts http://ukwebsolutionsdirect.co.uk |

Hi, Varun is working on the fixes for the few issues that have cropped up in 3.00.80 stable, they will be pushed to a CVS build first once they are completed to allow a little more time for any further feedback/issues to come in and be fixed before it it marked as stable.
