Hello, Does anyone know if it is possible to create custom reports directly from the mysql database (using some kind of report writer software)? We would at least need the data definition file it would seem. Our goal is to create a custom report for employee work time to then export to excel and then import into Quickbooks for invoicing purposes. We would be more than happy to develop this ability in-house if Kayako can point us in the right direction and provide us with a DDF at least. Thanks! Chris |

Any update to this? I saw one post that using MyODBC is possible? Still, having a DDF would be useful. Hopefully Varun can help. |
