Custom Ticket ID

Currently when I receive an alert of a new ticket submitted by a customer, the subject is: "New Ticket - [!JWA-162821]: I need help"

Is there any way to edit the subject line by department so that it's something like: "Support Request Dept1 - [!JWA-162821]: I need help", which can help to sort what emails are coming from which department.

Edit the Email Queue assigned to that department. You want to edit the Queue Subject Prefix option.
