Unhappy customer e-mail - 14-02-2006, 07:15 PM

When i make a new post or change stus or for that matter do anything with a ticket the customer gets nothing letting them know the status of the ticket.
Where can i turn this feature on or am i just doing something wrong? Thanks any help appreciated.
