Customer email and check status - 18-05-2008, 10:59 PM

I have recently installed Kayako and have been running a few test. Can someone tell me how to solve the following issue.

If a client generates a ticket without logging in, they receive an email after submitting the ticket with a link "You can check the status of or reply to this Ticket online at:...."

If the client clicks on the link they get the following message:
"ERROR: You do not have enough permissions to access this page. Please log in by entering your Email Address and Password."

How can I change this so the user can view the status without having to login? Especially if they never logged in when submitting the original ticket.

You can use the autologin mod which is provided by a couple of companies

I am gathering that you can submit a ticket without logging in. Well I have been able to.

Interested to know how your option works if a public user submitted a ticket without logging? Do they have to create a username and password to view the status of the ticket they have submitted?

Client users have to be a "validated" user and will have to login into the Client Support Center to view ticket status.
