Customer name in the Ticket view - 01-05-2008, 04:21 PM

In the detialed Ticket view, I can see almost all the fields relevant to the ticket. Under the general tab there is at least one field that is missing is the Full Name field,

How can I change the list of fields that will appear there?

under views click on view options > edit views and add in Full Name

I know how to add it to the views, I'm trying to add the Full Name to the detailed view of a ticket. The one you see after you select the ticket from the view under the General tab.

usually - yes
but i wanted to know how to add it to the section of "User Details" of the ticket.
