Hi, When a customer is replying to a ticket via email, when they send it is including what was sent to them. Is there anyway to get rid of this? It's really messy!  Thanks, Carl |

you do this in "mail parser" -> " manage Breaklines" you define breaklines such that contents aftrer breaklines are truncated bubble |
