Question Customer Ticket View - 23-06-2006, 09:57 AM

When a Customer logs in to the SupportSuite portal and views their tickets, it is not possible for them to sort, or change the number of tickets displayed.

Is this available on a later version than the one we have (3.00.27) or is it simply not available at all?

When a manager is viewing the tickets for his group in the customer portal, he can only see about 10 tickets at a time - this needs to be configurable. Perhaps in the Admin CP?
