There is no reason why the ticket won't be responded to within (roughly) 6 hours of sending in it. -------------------------------------------------------------------

No, no one has not received a response to their ticket submission. People may be prompting for updates for development related things but other than that, you're wrong about the none-response (particular in Support, Sales and Services) where SLA plans are enforced. -------------------------------------------------------------------
