Is there any way to have tickets of any status in the Ticket listing? Currently, if we have a ticket on hold, it doesn't show in the Ticket List. Is this an admin setting? Using 3.00.27 |

Hi Darren Go to AdminCP>Tickets>Manage Status on the On Hold status line over to the right you will see the edit button. Once you click on that you will see the options. Select "yes" to display in the main ticket listing. If you want to display the count in the ticket tree then you would select "yes" for that also. Hope this helps! Lisa |
