Customization - Kayako

I need to be able to customize the look and feel of my support desk in regards to colors, add logos, banners, custom footers, etc.

How do i go about this?

I need to get the footer implemented immediately so I can have our phone number, email address, fax number at the bottom of every page.

Hi techs,

You can do this by editing the templates in the administrator control panel (Templates > Manage Templates).
