Customizing the look of the ticket(s) - 24-06-2008, 07:30 PM

Is it possible to customize the look of the Ticket, right now it says the name of the company, but is it possible to add a logo to the ticket, so when the customers receive replies or when we print the ticket out, for it to have our logo?

In both places.
When we send the reply to customer, we would like to have our logo included
and also when we print out the ticket from the staff to see it printed with our logo.

You can modify the replies that the customer receives modifying the email templates. Take a look at this screenshot, this is how email template we created and we use internally looks like from Gmail:



To modify the ticket print out on the Staff CP you need a modification of the source code files.
