Database Schema

I've referenced this thread: Database Schema

But am still not able to find the database schema (we own the product). I've search my entire server for the supportworkserd.png file and can't find it.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

In the SupportSuite archive (that you download from your member's area), check the help folder, and then the erd folder.

Out of interest Jamie, has this ERD been updated as you mentioned it was going to be when the system doing it came back alive?

The ERD of the latest stable build is up to date.
