Database selected users export

Hello All,

I wonder if somebody can help me. I need actually to export somehow users registered on our eSupport to a file and then import the into different eSupport.

Is there a way haw can I example select user from let say only from US, export then to external file and use it in another eSupport (so import them in other eSupport database).

I'm really just beginner in Kayako and MySQL, so I would really apreciate any help on this.

Our current version of eSupport is 3.10.00.

You could go into the swusers table in phpMyAdmin and export as a CSV file.

I have already tried something similar with the "MySQL Browser", however there is no an option to select only certain users (example from US) from the "swusers" table. Also this table doesn't include all information related to the registration. Example all email addresses are in "swuseremail" table.

Also I have checked with "Kayako Chat" just a few min ago and it's seems like its not possible to do such a task.

As I'm not MySQL expert I do not know.

Kayako does not store user's country in database (I was not able to find it). Do you remember kayako asking for country from your user. In case it does then it must be storing it somewhere but I feel this is not in case with default kayako, if you have enabled extra fields then I can't say.

Sorry for misunderstanding.

What I meant, was to select/export only certain users. Example user which email address ending by example by ".co.uk". I would like to export those selected users which have registered on one eSupport site and import them to another one.
