database storage > file storage

For error I have set "database storage" instead of "file storage".
Is possible convert the saved files in the "database", from "database file" to "normal file"?

No, this is not possible at the moment.

It was discussed on the forum. We believe that this feature will be implemented in Kayako v4. But for now, you need to create script that exports all files from DB.
