Date Format

Trying to write reports based on when tickets were opened and closed. Date format is an integer and don't know how to convert to regular date format. Can anyone help?

The SQL function from_unixtime() will help you. Try this:
SELECT from_unixtime(dateline) as normaltime FROM swtickets;
Hope this is what you were loooking for. I haven't messed with reporting yet.
