That is extremely disappointing if Varun has not addressed this yet. I made a big stink about this on the forum several weeks ago. Here is the link.. http://forums.kayako.com/showthread....ht=date+format It was promised by Varun for 3.00.26. I haven't upgraded yet and was truly expecting this to be addressed by now. Varun, if you are reading this... you really should consider taking care of this ASAP before moving on to bigger and better things. Your app is misleading users into thinking it can change Date formats, when it currently does not work .Doug |
