Like a lot of people here I guess, we want to update to a real STABLE version (not only marked as it but with ZERO bugs), then let Kayako work on their new features and maybe reupdate later on when everything will be done and ok.
I don't want to update everday a live product like a support tool with ton of vital information.
I just want to be sure to have a SECURED and STABLE product even without all features.
