Date/Time Setting - 17-05-2007, 01:52 PM

Previously I had my setting set to -5GMT with the automatically update DST set to on. However, in April my ticket times were off by an hour messing up our SLA's so I had to set the time to -4GMT and turn DST back off in order to keep the time the same.

Is there an issue with Kayako's DST setting due to the new DST dates being implemented?
