This is working but looks like it using the From or the Reply-To headers with the staff address instead of the default one, because all the client reply after use this feature is coming to the staff address instead of the default one.

Please can someone else confirm this?

Your observation is correct. We are seeing the same problem and I reported this to support. I was told they are aware of this and will have it fixed in addition to all the bugs that are reported and are apparently being fixed.
