| default status for staff reply wont set to 'unchanged' or 'unspecified' -

When staff reply to any ticket, the default status is set to open. This seems to be new since we upgraded to 3.11.01. In the STAFF CP, I've found the spot under options to change this: "Default Ticket Status When Replying." If I set this to closed, or any other status, it seems to work. The problem is that when I set it to "-- Unspecified --", it behaves as if set to open. I want it to leave status unchanges by default. In the admin CP there is a similar setting for client replies, and it has an option of "unchanged". I am assuming that "Unspecified" is the same here for staff, but it is not behaving like that. Please tell me how to stop changing ticket status by default on staff replies. |
