Is the email using which the tickets were created the same? If yes then you can run a MySQL query on your database to delete all the tickets at once. Hi, You could alter the display settings to list all the tickets on one page, from the ticket listing page click on the pop out menu near the pagnation at the top of the list: Views > View Options > Edit View Edit the number of tickets to show per page from the default 20 to a number large enough to list all your tickets on one page and save. Now from the ticket list you should see all tickets, simply click the check box in the top row to select all then use the mass delete option to remove them.
