Is this a bug? If you are in the new ticket window but then decide to navigate to tickets-->phone ticket do you notice that the department gets blocked by the "from" name of the current window? Does anyone else notice this? If so please let me know and I will submit a bug report. Attached is what I am talking about. |

Odd, just tried on IE7 and doesn't do that for me nor does it do it in FireFox. Have you cleared your cache since the upgrade (local browser cache)? If you haven't, try doing so.

Just tested it on one of the dev boxes here with IE6 and I can confirm it does appear to be a bug. I am not entirely sure if it is fixable tho (ie it could be to do with the IE peakaboo bug). Nevertheless, submit it at http://bugs.kayako.com linking to this topic and then post the link to the bug report in a reply to this thread to tie them up. I just tested on IE7 as well and it works so it looks like this has something to do with IE6 only.

Grr @ how much Microsoft sucks! Really do hope that IE8 makes the jump to be fully standard supporting.
