Department Not Showing Up in Staff CP - 20-10-2008, 11:07 PM

Would appreciate any help. I have one department that I can't get to show up in the Staff CP. The department is listed as Public and as a Ticket Module. I have an email queue set up to forward to that department. But the department doesn't show up in my list of departments in the Staff CP.

I must be skipping something. It's been a while since I set up a department so maybe I'm forgetting something. Any idea what I'm doing wrong? Thanks for your help.

You need to specify access permissions to that department for your staff user account or your staff group.
