Department option not selected - 02-04-2008, 01:22 PM

Hi,

I have 5 departments and the department on top (Algemeen) needs to be auto-selected.
So when I go to my template (default template) I see "Default Department".
That one has the value "Algemeen", still none of the 5 departments are auto-selected by creating a new ticket.

What should I do?

When you create a new ticket, are you creating in the Staff CP or from the Submit Ticket in the Customer Support area? (cause i think the default is only for the Customer Support)

Not sure. Mine seems to be selecting the appropriate default department when a customer clicks on Submit Ticket.

If you change the default to another department does it still not change default? And are all of the radio buttons not selected when submitting a ticket?

All radio buttons were not selected. I changed the display order of the departments and that did the trick.
Not sure what caused me this problem.....but it's solved now.
