Depending on what template group users register .. - 18-06-2008, 01:48 AM

I have different languages
different templates
I want depending on the language or template group people
see as they register they are grouped

Korean registered users, Japanese registered users etc..

how can I do this?

What I would like to see is that you can link language to template sets, so people who speak language A, get template A, and all the information in their language.

What's happening now is that you only translate some information, but not the content. So the current setup is pretty much useless to me, unless I am missing something...

The only way around this (as far as I know) is to setup 2 different support desks, each in their own language and template, and with their own database. Kinda painfull, especially with upgrades and stuff, but might work better in the long run.

No. You would require a licence for each one.

Aren't these licenses per domain???

But more important, why not get this issue fix into something what makes sense? There are more people with this issue, I brought this issue to your attention before...

Although the key.php file will allow you to do it, Kayako require you to purchase a separate licence if it is installed as a second help desk.
