Difference between Live Support and Live Responcse

Can anyone please tell me what the difference is between Live Support and Live Response, if there is any???

I have SupportSuite and I thought that came with the Live Chat software but when I installed the Live Response software on my PC, it said it couldn't connect to it on my server. I went and looked on my server and I dont have a folder called /LiveResponse on there. I do however have a /winapp/index.php in the root of the software suite. When trying to use that path, the software automatically puts /liveresponse in the path.

Any help anyone can give me in understanding this a little better is appreciated! : )

They are basically the same thing, LiveResponse is a different product based on the Live Support module.

Just make sure that you dont suffix "liveresponse/" to your helpdesk URL. For Product URL just put in the URL where your SupportSuite is installed at and it will work fine.
