Different Template Using Support Centre - 16-05-2007, 02:31 AM

Anyone notice that if you log in as a user that uses a different template group other then the default, then close the browser (without logging out) and re load support centre that the template group changes? It doesn't revert back to the default template group. However, if you log out as the user first before shutting down the browser it works as normal. I am using IE7, can anyone else confirm if this occurs on their setup?

I've already submitted a bug report but would be good to know if its only effecting me.

This is due to the cookies used by the software. The software sets the changed template as your "preferred" template group and hence directs you to it when you access the software. This has been discussed in detail in the past as well although no fix/solution has been worked on. Some of the users use the nocache variable at the end of their template group link. May be that could help.
