Disable logging feature

Is there a way to completely turn off the loggin feature for users. And also registration is not required.

Meaning users need not enter their email id and passwd to raise tickets, view the tickets etc

No this is not possible. Users do not need to login to create tickets (if using the default software settings) but will have to login to oview a ticket status. This cannot be disabled.

You mean you would like to use email parser functionality and users should not be allowed to login.

In this case why you are telling them the web url. If they already know disable the registration page by going to settings or change the index.php name to something else so that no body can login.
