Hi, I would like to disable login box for my users. They can post ticket without login. I also want to modify mail sent to client while ticket generated. There should be link send to them without thier access details as I am not registering any user in my system so no login box needed but I want them to view ticket using link send them via mail. I will appriciate my other forum member to update this. Thanks a lot |
