Neil right now i only have a live installation. www.mydomain.com/support/ bought and paid for the full owned. i want to set up a seperate test environment. do i need to buy an additional liscence ? how do i go about setting up another test area under something like www.mydomain.com/supportBeta/ and still have all of the gadgetry work ? |

Hi Tom, This will be due to the flood protection settings, this was added to the parser for new incoming tickets to prevent mail loops when setting up your helpdesk to not allow initial tickets via email. The default time limit is set to 600 seconds, if a user emails twice within that time they will only receive the auto responder to the first email.
