I know these are on your todo list for 3.1 for about a year now. But they are still in the bug tracker and I have not checked the CVS builds lately.

Any chance that clients can close their own tickets yet?

Or that clients can email, save, or print their chat transcripts?

Eddie

Looks great Varun!

I was wondering if the Fieldfetch Plugin will be a feature in the upcoming 3.1 build?

Few suggestions I have

1. Option for Insta Alert to open tickets in SupportSuite instead of opening them in the browser and having to login again.

2. Spell checker when replying to tickets, more of a MS word approach like how FireFox has done it.

3. Fix the bugs in LiveResponse, we have a lot of connection problems where the end-user is unable to receive the operator's messages, although operator is able to see end-user's messages, operator keeps receiving "the end-user has left the chat session" messages after the disconnect.

Excellent point. We would also love to see clients be able to close their own tickets.

What I need is the 'search for foreign characters' function can be flawless. That's soooooo important to ticket management.

Another feature is 'permission', allow only some groups can close the tickets, for example.

Search for all posts I've made, read the feedback I've spent tons of time providing on this board.

Varun,

I have to say one of the most critical issues for me is that I use POP3 and as you know Kayako scrambles the Ticket Details in the footer. You said you were aware of it, I hope this is resolved in 3.1. Also my long e-mail regarding staff and departments and how you could select a staff member and a department in which the staff member is NOT assigned.

There seems to be little or no activity in the bug tracker. Will these issues be addressed?
