I know these are on your todo list for 3.1 for about a year now. But they are still in the bug tracker and I have not checked the CVS builds lately. Any chance that clients can close their own tickets yet? Or that clients can email, save, or print their chat transcripts? Few suggestions I have ![]() 1. Option for Insta Alert to open tickets in SupportSuite instead of opening them in the browser and having to login again. 2. Spell checker when replying to tickets, more of a MS word approach like how FireFox has done it. 3. Varun, I have to say one of the most critical issues for me is that I use POP3 and as you know Kayako scrambles the Ticket Details in the footer. You said you were aware of it, I hope this is resolved in 3.1. Also my long e-mail regarding staff and departments and how you could select a staff member and a department in which the staff member is NOT assigned. |
