Hi, In the admin interface, there are some settings about sending out a carbon copy of the autoresponder. These settings are under settings->tickets->parser settings. It seems that it indeed only affects the mail parser, thus only CC's the autoresponder to CC addresses of incoming mail. When someone opens a ticket in the client web interface and enters CC addresses, the autoresponder is not send to the CC addresses, regardless the setting in the admin interface. I'm not sure if it is a bug, but is there a tweak/workaround to make the dispatch autoresponder CC work for both incoming mail and new tickets via the web interface?
