Hi, I have setup Kayako to not use an incoming email address for ticket generation. When a user submits HTML through the ticketing system, it's stripped out. How can I prevent this? I don't want it rendered, I do want to see what they've written.

Hi,

Please change "Post Text Conversion" to "No Processing" from Admin CP -> Settings -> Tickets -> "Post Text Conversion". This will resolve your issue.
