When viewing a ticket I need the posts to either be in reverse order (newest to oldest) or I need a link that jumps to the newest post. Maybe there is already a way to sort the posts in reverse order but I haven't found it yet. Regards, Rich |

Please find the settings as under: Admin CP> Settings> Tickets> General Ticket Settings> Display Order for Ticket Posts = Newest First. -------------------------------------------------------------------
