Displaying HTML In Email Messages - 15-11-2006, 02:29 AM

I have gone through the documentation and forums and have not been able to find a definitive answer to this, so I am hoping someone can give me a simple answer.

How do I configure the contents window in the Staff Center so that HTML emails are properly displayed? Currently all I see is the raw HTML code - it is not being rendered.
