Dissappearing News Widget - Kayako

Any ideas why i cant see the news widget on the support centre (logged in or not).

All of my settings seem fine in the admin CP.

Anything else i should check?

The version of eSupport is v3.00.32

Dashboard >> Staff>> Manage Groups

then edit the staff groups you have and see if it is turned off there.

I really wish kayako would put the fact that you have to edit staff/guest/registered groups in the manual because it's not intuitively obvious, and even through I configured Kayako well over 6 months ago, I forgot about the group-widget relationship.
