| Distinguish users profil using LoginShare -

I would like to know if it's possible to distinguish users with the LoginShare Features.
I know there is the SLA option. But, it need to be set in the Staff section for each user. I would like to automate this using data we have on another hand.
We received a lot of tickets and we want to always put all our subscribers tickets on the top the list, even if an older ticket was sent by a non subscriber.
Is it possible with v3 ? If so, how ?
