Do you find this troublesome.. after changing the status or dept. of a ticket, to then being returned to main ticket view, instead of where you left off ?
When we are going through our long list of tickets, and we move the ticket to another dept, we are then redirected back to the ticket list view.
Do others wish there could be a setting to change it so we are taken back to the ticket we left off at ?
or
Is there some kind of indicator that can be put on a ticket, so when we are done going through the ticket list, I can move those tickets we have marked, to another dept with the mass update feature?
I have tried marking tickets with labels or assigning it an owner, but changing either one of these takes me out of the ticket line I am in, and back to the main list for that dept. Leaving me with the same problem - loosing our place we left off...
Can anyone follow what I am trying to describe ?
Surely we can't be the only one that handles hundreds of tickets a day,
makes a status or dept change to a ticket, and is fustrated that you have to find where it was you last were.. |
