If you are a company, have a main corporate domain, but your company operate multiple websites, do you install Kayako on your main domain or do you install on another domain? Benefit of installing on main domain: Your customers/members/visitors will not be confused when they receive their ticket replies from an unknown domain and an additional benefit is they get to know your company and other websites. Benefit on installing on a separate domain: You can have more privacy and you don't get snoopers/competitors checking on your other websites. |
