Double Mail Import? - Kayako

Hello there,

Im having some problems with my eSupport. Sometimes when it tries to parse mail using IMAP - its like it forgets to delete the mail(s) it parsed - so when the cron runs next time - it'll import the mail once again giving our customers two autoresponders and makes two different tickets.

Any idea why this is happening?

Increase the scheduler timing and check.

Thanks - I'll try to do that and hope it helps. I had decreased it to run once every minute - but set it back to a 10 minutes interval.

This is bug in the software that we have experienced with POP3 checks. We were getting dozens of duplicate tickets a day at 10 minute intervals. The problem has stopped (for now)

Are the fetched emails large in size?
