Download email addresses

Hello,
I'm new to kayako and haven't found anything on how to easily download names and email addresses from submitted tickets. We'd like to add the names and emails of people who have contacted us to our mailing list. I could manually open up each ticket and copy down the name and email address, but am hoping there is an easier way.

You could easily use phpMyAdmin to dump the fields you want from the database in a few seconds. Nothing I'm aware of in Kayako directly to do so, though.

In this table write a simple select query and download those into a text file

see in mysql site the " Select into OUTFILE.. " query

Sorry not seuseremails but swuseremails
