I've had a support request in for a few weeks to get a problem fixed with the client area downloads. Mahesh has confirmed it and said it would be fixed right away. Since 3.10.02 has not come out and the fix has not yet materialized, does anyone have a fix for it? Here's the problem. I've added a file via the admin interface to the downloads. When I click on the link from within the admin section, the download comes across with the correct file name. Then I got the client area and click on the download link. All files in the download area come across with the file name of "index.php". It should be as simple as comparing the code in the admin interface to the client interface and finding the difference... Has anyone else come across this problem and fixed it yet? Hi there, I think this is because the link is not a link to a direct file, and the index.php needs to parse before sending the file and telling your browser the filename, MIME type and so on. You may have right-clicked-save-as, in which case you'd have probably got a file called index.php ![]() -------------------------------------------------------------------

Hi there, This issue seems to only occur for users of IE6 , I have pinged the developers about this. -------------------------------------------------------------------

Nope, my screen shots that Ramneek and Mahesh confirmed the problem in, are of me showing this problem in IE7. Web Site: http://www.netFusionKC.com Web Store: https://www.netfusionkc.com/store/ Anything I say or do is my own opinion and may make absolutely no sense to anyone but me... |
