Downloading user submitted attachments through SupportSuite is a nightmare. When clicking an attachment a new browser window is opened and I have to login to the help desk from the new browser window. Then I have to click the IE Download File toolbar then click Save As or Open. Can this process be streamlined? Thanks! Cliff. |

Which version of Kayako are you using? Are you accessing the helpdesk from the WinApp?
