I am getting a blank page when I try to download a file. Any ideas?

Thanks,
Cliff.

Check your server error_log for any reported errors.

Here are some pertinent log entries:

[client 202.71.137.115] PHP Fatal error: ERROR: Invalid Download File specified. Make sure the file exists under the files directory. in /chroot/home/xxxx/html/helpdesk/modules/downloads/client_downloads.php on line 212, referer: http://www.xxxx.com/helpdesk/index.p...temid=14&nav=0

It also looks like there is a SyncWorks error:

[client 69.165.170.139] PHP Warning: Call-time pass-by-reference has been deprecated - argument passed by value; If you would like to pass it by reference, modify the declaration of [runtime function name](). If you would like to enable call-time pass-by-reference, you can set allow_call_time_pass_reference to true in your INI file. However, future versions may not support this any longer. in /chroot/home/xxxx/html/helpdesk/modules/teamwork/syncworks_sync.php on line 378

Cliff.

It appears that the files were deleted from the files directory... probably when I deleted the cache directory...

You might want to make the files read-only in the files directory to prevent accidental deletion. In any case the download issue is fixed by simply reuploading the files.

Not sure about the other syncworks error though.

Cliff.

I cant even get the download's widget to show up!

I've tried unassigning and re-assigning the toggle, but nothing.
